Why Choose Artisan

For over three decades, we’ve dedicated ourselves to handcrafting high-quality, custom garage doors that serve as a signature feature for any home.

Our philosophy is simple: combine expert craftsmanship with forward-thinking engineering. Every door we build is a reflection of meticulous attention to detail, designed not only to perform flawlessly but to become a defining feature of your home.

Built to last. Designed to be noticed.

High-Quality
Materials

Real Wood:

We use premium species such as Spanish cedar, Douglas fir, and Western red cedar that offer the highest level of luxury and natural beauty.

Wood Composite:

These doors provide the look of wood but are moisture, insect, and rot-resistant. They are often made from sustainable, recycled materials and have a high R-value for energy efficiency.

Vinyl:

Our vinyl doors feature cellular PVC face designs that are virtually maintenance-free. They’re impervious to moisture, won’t rot or split, and can be custom-painted to match your home’s trim.

Faux Wood:

These are made from high-density urethane molded from real wood pieces. These are lightweight, UV-resistant, and ideal for coastal or high-humidity areas.

Customization Options and Aesthetics

Architectural Authenticity:

Our custom garage doors have the look of carriage house doors that appear to fold or slide, even though they function as modern overhead doors or swing out.

Curb Appeal:

A custom garage door is among the highest-ROI home improvements, so Artisan doors are designed to complement your home’s existing architecture.

Extensive Add-ons:

Beyond the door itself, we offer design options such as specialty glass, decorative hardware, door jams, and custom arch tops.

Durability and Warranty

Weather Resistance:

Our garage doors feature EPDM rubber-mounted bottom seals and high-performance urethane cores that help regulate garage temperature and protect against the elements.

Longevity:

Many of our custom garage door lines, like the TimberLife and Quartet series, carry significant warranties against rot and degradation (up to 50 years for certain components).
